We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. However, if you'd like to modify your purchase, you can easily request an exchange after receiving your parcel. Unfortunately, we can’t add items to your order after it’s already been placed.

Yes! We offer shipping to anywhere across South Africa, all provinces are covered.
We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Apply Pay, Google Pay through Yoco which is integrated into our site.
Once you have completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our team will then be working extremely quickly to get this order picked and packed and sent out to you. Once this has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notifying you of this with a tracking link included. Your tracking will continue to update as your parcel makes its way to you so please be patient!
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items are non-returnable.
To start a return or exchange, simply contact our Customer Support at customerservice@netathletic.co.za. You will receive a return label to send your items back to us.

We recommend machine washing your activewear in cold water and air drying to maintain fabric quality and performance. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners & tumble drying.
