Refund policy

At Net Athletic, we want you to love your gear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy returns and exchanges process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure:

  • The return or exchange is initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • The items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start your return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at customerservice@netathletic.co.za
  2. Choose Return or Exchange: Indicate whether you would like a refund or wish to exchange for a different size, color, or product.
  3. Receive Your Prepaid Return Label: For domestic returns, we’ll email you a shipping label.
  4. Send Your Item(s): Pack your items securely and our courier company will collect your items from the same address that it had been delivered to.

3. Processing Your Return or Exchange

  • Returns: Once your item(s) are received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: After we receive your returned item, we’ll process and ship the replacement product within 3-5 business days, subject to availability. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customerservice@netathletic.co.za within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund, including all shipping fees, at no additional cost to you.
